Something special just dropped at Synergy.We’ve released our first official merchandise collection, two unique designs that capture everything we are: our energy, our people, and the creative spirit that drives us forward every single day.

A Collaboration Between Design and Vision

The collection was created by Manuel Soto [@soto_dsn on Instagram], an incredibly talented designer who captured the essence of Synergy through visual storytelling.Every line, texture, and color speaks of our culture: bold, curious, analytical, and human.


The creative direction came from Carla Narváez, our Marketing Leader, who turned the idea into something more than merch.She transformed it into an artistic statement about who we are as a team: thinkers, dreamers, and builders connected by data, design, and purpose.


Two Designs, One Spirit

The first piece, “Let the Data Speak, not the ego,” captures one of our deepest values: humility in front of knowledge.It’s about listening to what the data tells us, staying grounded, and always improving through understanding, not ego.The illustration blends humor, peace, and focus, showing how we approach analytics not just as numbers, but as a mindset.


The second piece, “Data Club Life,” represents our daily ecosystem.It’s an intricate city of analytics, dashboards, Python scripts, and creativity.It’s the world we live in: a place where ideas, technology, and teamwork come together to build something bigger than the sum of its parts.


More Than Merch, It’s Identity

This collection isn’t about fashion.It’s about the culture that makes Synergy different.Our founders, our team, our clients, everyone who’s part of this journey knows that what we do goes beyond analytics.It’s about energy, curiosity, and the drive to aim for the moon every morning.


These pieces reflect that.They tell our story without words.
